Abstract
يتناكؿ ىذا البحث أحكاـ الكقؼ في التشريع الجزائرم كذلؾ مف خبلؿ التعرض إلي مجمكعة
القكانيف التشريعية كالتنظيمية التي تنظـ كتسير األمبلؾ الكقفية في الجزئر كقد جاء في ىذا البحث
مف خبلؿ إستعراضنا مجمكعة القكانيف التي تنظـ الكقؼ
كييدؼ ىذا البحث إلى تسميط الضكء عمي مجمكعة القكانيف التي كضعيا المشرع الجزائرم التي تنظـ
نظاـ الكقؼ تحميميا كمعرفة الثغرات التي كقع فييا المشرع الجز ائر ، فقد تعرض المشرع إلى ماىية
الكقؼ ك كذا أنكاعو كخصائصو باإلضافة إلى الجياز اإلدارم الذم يسير األمبلؾ الكقفية كمجمكعة
العقكد التسيمية لتنمية كاستغبلؿ الكقؼ ك النيكض بعجمة اإلقتصاد الجزائرم.

Abstract :
This research aims to shed light on the set of laws established by the Algerian
legislator that regulates the endowment system, analyzing it and identifying the gaps
that the Algerian legislator fell into. The legislator presented the nature of the
endowment, as well as its types and characteristics, in addition to the administrative
apparatus that manages the endowment properties and the group of facilitating contracts
for the development and exploitation of the endowment. And advancing the Algerian
economy.
