Abstract
The legislature has established a judicial police force that provides
assistance to the judiciary, whose duties are limited to the period
preceding the occurrence of a crime, with the goal of preventing and
responding to it with the goal of deterring it. This stage precedes the
initiation of public prosecution. Judicial police work is based on
investigation, inquiry, and cross-examination using all legal means to
assist judicial personnel in making the appropriate decision regarding
the initiation of public prosecution, thereby enriching the investigation
and adjudicating cases before the courts.
