Abstract
The study aimed to identify the obstacles to implementing electronic
administration in public institutions, specifically focusing on the Directorate of
Education in the M'sila province. The sample size of the study was 100
individuals. The descriptive method was used to achieve the study's objectives,
answer its questions, and test its hypotheses. The questionnaire was adopted as the
primary tool for collecting study data. The key findings of the study include:
The mechanisms for activating electronic administration in the Directorate of
Education in the M'sila province include administrative, human, technical, and
security requirements.
There are obstacles to implementing electronic administration in the Directorate
of Education in the M'sila province.
