Abstract
هدف الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على علاقة التوافق النفسي بمستوى الطموح لدى ممرضين مستشفى الزهراوي بولاية المسيلة ومعرفة مستوى كل من المتغيرينالتوافق النفسي والطموح وكذلك معرفة العلاقة بين ابعاد التوافق النفسي (الشخصي الإنفعالي والتوافق الصحي الجسمي والتوافق الأسري والتوافق الإجتماعي) والطموح وبلغ حجم عينة الدراسة 60 ممرض وممرضة موزعين 40 ممرضة و20 ممرض.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على مقياسين اساسين هما: مقياس التوافق النفسيلزينب شقير ومقياس الطموح لكاميليا عبد الفتاح ولقد تم استخدام منهج الوصفي الإرتباطي إذ يتناسب وأهداف الدراسة من خلال دراسةالضاهرة كما هي في الواقع ودراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين ويساهم في وصفها وصفا دقيقا ويعبر عنها كميا وكيفيا.
بعد المعالجة الإحصائية أضهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا بينالتوافق النفسي ومستوى الطموح لدى الممرضين بمستشفى الزهراويكما ان مستوى التوافق النفسي كان مرتفع ومستوى الطموح كان منخفضدون لا ننسى علاقةكل بعد مع الطموح، البعد الشخصي الإنفعالي والطموح توجد علاقة عكسية ضعيفة، البعد الصحي الجسمي والطموح لا توجد علاقة إرتباطية دالة إحصائيا، البعد الأسري توجد علاقة ضعيفة عكسية، البعد الإجتماعي توجد علاقة ضعيفة عكسية.
وبعد تفسير ومناقشة النتائج تم توصية بإجراء دراسات أخرى تبحث في هذه المتغيرات لدى عينات أخرى والبحث لإعداد برامج إرشادية ترفع من مستوى التوافق النفسي والطموح لدى عمال قطاع الصحة عامة والممرضين خاصة.
Study summary:
The current study aims to identify the relationship between psychological compatibility and the level of ambition among the nurses of alـzahrawi hospital in MSILA، and to know the level of each of the tow variables، psychological compatibility and ambition، as well as to know the relationship between the dimensions of psychological compatibility (emotional personal، physical health compatibility family compatibility، social compatibility ) and ambition، and the size of the study sample was 60 male and female nurses distributed among 40 nurses and 20 female nurses
To achieve the objectives of the study، two basic scales were relied upon: the psychological adjustment scale by zainb choucair and the ambition scale by camelia Abdel Fattah
The descriptive correlational approach was used as it suits the objectives of the study by studying the phenomenon as it is in reality and studying the relationship between the two variables and contributes to dscribing it accuratelyand expressing it quantitatively، and qualitatively
After statistical processing، the results showed that there was no statistically significant correlation between psychological compatibility and the level of ambition، without forgetting the high level of ambition was every low among nurses atAL Zahrawi Hospital.
Also the level of psychological adjustment was and the dimesion with ambition، the personalemotionaldimesion and ambition there is a weak inverse relationship the physical health dimension
There is no statistically significant correlation between ambition، the family dimension، there is a weak inverse relationship، and the social dimension، there is a weak inverse relationship.
After interpretingand dicussing the results، i twas recommended to conduct other studies examining these variables in other sample and reseearch to prepare guidance programs that rais the level of psychological adjustment and ambition among health sector workers in general and nurses in particular.
