| dc.description.abstract | تعتبر منطقة آسيا الوسطى واحدة من أهم المناطق المؤثرة في العالم. وتتمتع دول منطقة آسيا الوسطى بثروات نفطية ضخمة جعلها محل اهتمام تنافس دولي وإقليمي، والذي يشمل قوة عالمية ذات تأثير فاعل في النظام السياسي الدولي كالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا والصينناهيك عن مجموعة من القوى الإقليمية الفاعلة دخلت ميدان التنافس في مقدمتها إيران وتركيا وعلى اختلاف مصالحها وأهدافها فإن جميع هذه الدول تسعى بشكل أو بآخر الحصول على نفوذ في منطقة آسيا واستغلال مواردها الاقتصادية. Résumé: L'Asie centrale est considérée comme l'une des régions les plus influentes du monde. Cette région contienne une grande richesse pétrolière des pays centrale de la région asiatique de haute qualité, qu’elle fait l'objet de la concurrence internationale et régionale, qui comprend l'impact d'un acteur dans le système politique international, une puissance mondiale comme les États-Unis d'Amérique, la Russie et la Chine. Sans parler d'une série d'acteurs régionaux qui sont entrés dans le domaine de la concurrence dans l'avant-garde de l'Iran, la Turquie et Israël, et les intérêts et objectifs différents, tous ces pays d'une manière ou d'une autre recherche l’influence dans la région d'Asie centrale et l'exploitation des ressources économiques.
