Abstract
عنوان الدراسة: "مبادئ الحوكمة ودورها في تعزيز الرقابة الإدارية في المؤسسات الرياضية
أهداف الدراسة:
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة مبادئ الحوكمة ودورها في تعزيز الرقابة الإدارية فالمؤسسات الرياضية وإبراز دور الإفصاح والمسائلة في تعزيز الرقابة الإدارية فالمؤسسات الرياضية، والتعرف على مبدأ العدالة والمساواة وأهميته في تعزيز الرقابة الإدارية فالمؤسسات الرياضية.
العينة: تم اختيار العينة القصدية والمتمثلة في 30 موظف إداري بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية المسيلة.
المجال الزماني والمكاني: تمت الدراسة الميدانية في شهر جانفي حتى شهر جوان، تم فيها توزيع الاستبيان على الإداري ينفي مديرية الشباب والرياضة بالمسيلة.
المنهج المستخدم: المنهج الوصفي.
الأدوات المستعملة: تم استخدام استمارة الاستبيان.
أهم النتائج: من خلال الدراسة الميدانية التي أجرينها وبعد تحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء الفرضيات المطروحة في دراستنا هذه: "مبادئ الحوكمة ودورها في تعزيز الرقابة الإدارية بالمؤسسة الرياضية"، استنتجنا أن الحوكمة تضبط وتعزز الكثير من الجوانب في تسيير المؤسسات خاصة جانب الرقابة الإدارية، ورفعت من أهمية تطبيق النهج العلمي في إدارة المؤسسات، ومما لا شك فيه هنا كرغبة من أطرافه التعزيز الحوكمة ويظهر ذلك من خلال تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في تفعيل وتعزيز الرقابة.
اقتراحات الدراسة:
- الالتزام بضوابط مبادئ الحوكمة ومعاييرها خاصة فيما يتعلق بأمر رسخ الإفصاح والمسائلة والعدل والمساواة من اجل تعزيز الرقابة والحد من الفساد الإداري.
- الفصل بين ملكية الشركة والإدارة فيه الأن هذا من شأنه يعزز من فاعلية الرقابة بالمؤسسة.
- الدعوة إلى تعزيز دور التكنولوجيا في تفعيل الرقابة الإدارية بالمؤسسات الرياضية .

Summary
Study title: "The principles of governance and their role in strengthening administrative control in sports institutions"
Study Objectives:

• Recognizing the principle of justice and equality and its importance in strengthening administrative oversight in sports institutions
Sample: The intentional sample of 30 administrative employees in the Directorate of Youth and Sports of the Wilayat of M'sila was selected
Time and place: The field study was carried out from January to June, in which the questionnaire was distributed to administrators in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in M'sila.
The method used: the descriptive method
Tools used: A questionnaire was used
The most important results: Through the field study that we conducted and after analyzing the findings in light of the hypotheses put forward in our study: “the principles of governance and their role in strengthening administrative control in the sports institution”, we concluded that governance controls and enhances many aspects in the management of institutions, especially the control aspect. And it raised the importance of applying the scientific approach in the management of institutions, and there is no doubt that there is a desire by its parties to strengthen governance, and this appears through the application of governance principles in activating and strengthening oversight.
Study suggestions:
- Commitment to the controls and standards of governance principles, especially with regard to the matter of establishing disclosure, accountability, justice and equality in order to strengthen control and reduce administrative corruption.
Separating the ownership of the company and its management, as this would enhance the effectiveness of the control in the institution
- Calling for enhancing the role of technology in activating administrative oversight in sports institutions
