Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الوقوف على الخدمات التي تقدمها مطاعم الوجبات السريعة في المسيلة، حيث تشهد انتشارا واسعا، ومع تغير الثقافة الاستهلاكية للأسرة بالاعتماد على المأكولات الجاهزة بدل إعدادها، جاءت هذه الدراسة لإعطاء نظرة شاملة ومتكاملة حول هذه الظاهرة من خلال اعداد روبورتاج مصور.
بحيث أن الطعام يُعتبر من العناصر الأساسية لبقاء الإنسان، ويأتي في المرتبة الثالثة بعد الهواء والماء. عبر التاريخ، أولى الإنسان اهتمامًا بالغًا بالحصول على غذائه، مستخدمًا مختلف الوسائل من الصيد البدائي إلى التقنيات الحديثة. الرغبة في الحصول على الغذاء لا تزال مرتبطة ارتباطًا وثيقًا برغبات الإنسان واستعداده للتغذية. التقدم التكنولوجي والصناعي أحدث ثورة في صناعة الغذاء، مما جعل من الصعب التمييز بين الأطعمة الصحية وغير الصحية. الإنسان الحديث، مع وعيه بتطور صناعة الغذاء، يدرك تأثير هذه التطورات على نظامه الغذائي. ومن أبرز مظاهر هذا التطور انتشار ما يُعرف بالوجبات السريعة، التي أصبحت جزءًا من الثقافة الغذائية في العديد من المجتمعات، خاصةً بين الشباب الذين يميلون لتجربة كل ما هو جديد ومبتكر

Abstract:
This study aims to highlight the importance of examining the services provided by fast food restaurants in M'sila, which are witnessing widespread growth. With the changing consumer culture of families relying on ready-made foods instead of preparing them, this study provides a comprehensive and integrated view of this phenomenon through the preparation of photo reportage. Food is considered one of the fundamental elements for human survival, ranking third after air and water. Throughout history, humans have paid great attention to obtaining their food, using various means from primitive hunting to modern technologies. The desire to acquire food remains closely linked to human desires and their readiness to nourish themselves. Technological and industrial progress has revolutionized the food industry, making it difficult to distinguish between healthy and unhealthy foods. The modern human, aware of the evolution of the food industry, recognizes the impact of these developments on their dietary system. One of the most prominent manifestations of this evolution is the spread of what is known as fast food, which has become a part of the food culture in many societies, especially among the youth who are inclined to try everything that is new and innovative.
