Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أحكام النشوز الزوجي ، المتسبب في زعزعة أركان الأسرة من الأساس ، وكيفية علاج هذا النفور والشقاق ، مع بيان الآليات الكفيلة بحله ، وذلك من خلال نصوص القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية المطهرة وقانون الأسرة الجزائري .
