Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور الاتصال التربوي في تعزيز الثقة بين المعلمين والتلاميذ في المرحلة الابتدائية، من خلال الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة، شملت عينة الدراسة 20 معلمًا ومعلمة من مدرسة ابتدائية هواري بومدين عين الحجل، حيث تم توزيع استبيان عليهم لقياس أساليب الاتصال المستخدمة ومدى فاعليتها في بناء علاقات إيجابية مع التلاميذ، كما تم إجراء دراسة حالة مع 14 تلميذًا تم اختيارهم بناءً على معايير تتعلق بدرجة تفاعلهم مع المعلمين ركزت الدراسة على تحليل كيفية تأثير التواصل اللفظي وغير اللفظي، وأساليب التغذية الراجعة، والبيئة الصفية في تنمية الثقة المتبادلة بين الطرفين، بهدف تقديم فهم أعمق للعوامل التي تسهم في تحسين العلاقة التربوية داخل الصف.
في حين جاءت نتائج الدراسة على نحو التالي:
الاتصال التربوي هو عملية تفاعلية تهدف إلى تبادل المعرفة والأفكار بين المعلم والمتعلم بإستخدام وسائل وأساليب مختلفة لتحقيق التعلم الفعال، يشمل عناصر مثل المرسل والرسالة والوسيلة المستقبل والتغذية الراجعة ويعد جوهريا في بناء فهم مشترك وتعزيز التفاعل داخل البيئة التعليمية.
الثقة بين المعلم والتلميذ هي الشعور بالأمان بين المعلم والتلميذ في حين تتجلى في البيئة التعليمية بتوفير بيئة تعليمية داعمة ومحفزة.
معوقات الاتصال بين المعلم والتلميذ: استخدام لغة معقدة او مصطلحات صعبة، ضعف المهارات الاتصال لدى التلاميذ، سلوك بعض التلاميذ السلبي، الضوضاء والازدحام داخل الصف
This study aims to explore the role of educational communication in enhancing trust between teachers and students in primary school. Using a case study approach, the study sample included 20 male and female teachers from Houari Boumediene Primary School in Ain El Hajel. A questionnaire was distributed to them to measure the communication methods used and their effectiveness in building positive relationships with students. A case study was also conducted with 14 students selected based on criteria related to their level of interaction with their teachers. The study focused on analyzing how verbal and nonverbal communication, feedback methods, and the classroom environment affect the development of mutual trust between the two parties, with the goal of providing a deeper understanding of the factors that contribute to improving the educational relationship within the classroom.
The study results were as follows:
Educational communication is an interactive process aimed at exchanging knowledge and ideas between teacher and learner using various means and methods to achieve effective learning.
It includes elements such as sender, message, medium, receiver, and feedback, and is essential for building a shared understanding and enhancing interaction within the educational environment. Trust between teacher and student is the feeling of security between teacher and student, manifested in the educational environment by providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
Obstacles to communication between teacher and student: use of complex language or difficult terminology, weak communication skills among students, negative behavior of some students, noise and overcrowding in the classroom.
