| dc.description.abstract | إن العلاقات الإيرانية_السورية من أمتن العلاقات في منطقة الشرق الأوسط منذ أن أعلنت سوريا وقوفها إلى جانب إيران في حربها ضد العراق عام 1980, فعلى عكس العديد من العلاقات التي تميزت تطوراتها بين التباعد والانسجام عرفت العلاقات الإيرانية السورية نوعاً من التوافق والاستمرارية الدائمة في جل مراحلها التاريخية الآنية، حيث يؤكد العديد من الباحثين على خصوصية هذه العلاقات التي لم تعرف أي انقطاع رغم التحولات التي عرفتها جل البنيات الداخلية للدولتين, حيث شهدت العلاقات تحول كبير بعد تعثر عملية السلام, وتوقيف المفاوضات بين سوريا وإسرائيل عام 1996. وقامت هذه العلاقات على مبادئ وأسس جعلت هذه العلاقة متينة ضد أي خلاف مسبب لفك هذا العلاقات, ونلمس هذه المبادئ المترسخة بينهما في عدة جوانب سياسية واقتصادية وعسكرية وثقافية, التي تجاوزت من خلالها كل العراقيل والأزمات والمشاريع التي كانت تستهدف هذه المبادئ بشكل خاص. حيث تمر المنطقة اليوم بمرحلة من الأزمات والتحولات الكبيرة, حيث لم تكن كلاً من إيران وسوريا بمنأى عنها, بل تأثرت بهذه الأزمات, فتعاطت الدولتان مع هذه الأزمات بصيغة مختلفة بناءاً على مصالحهما, فكانت الأزمة السياسية في سوريا من أهم التحولات التي حدثت ومازالت تحدث في المنطقة والتي تعتبر من بعد الصراع العربي الإسرائيلي من أعقد الأزمات التي أصابت المنطقة عموماً, كما كان الاتفاق النووي الإيراني منعطفاً مهماً في تاريخ العلاقات الإيرانية_السورية, حيث قامت كل من سوريا وإيران بمحاولة التصدي لهذه الأزمات بتوسيع دائرة تحالفهما لتشمل العراق وتأسيس محور المقاومة الذي من خلاله تهددان المشاريع الغربية في المنطقة, فإن إيران وسوريا مهمتان لبعضهما البعض في التوازن الاستراتيجي الذي استطاعا أن يستعيداه بعد رجوع روسيا كلاعب وشريك أساسي لكلا الطرفين, حيث أصبح هذا التحالف من أكبر القوى الإقليمية في المنطقة والتي تسعى القوى الإقليمية الأخرى للقضاء عليه للحفاظ على موازين القوى في المنطقة وعدم ظهور قوة جديدة في المنطقة. Abstract Study: The relations between Iran and Syria are the strongest relations in the Middle East since Syria declared its stand against Iran in its war against Iraq in 1980. Unlike many relations that characterized their development between divergence and harmony, Syrian-Iranian relations were known as a kind of compatibility and permanent continuity in most of its historical stages , Where many researchers confirm the privacy of these relations, which did not know any interruption despite the transformations experienced by most of the internal structures of the two countries, where relations have undergone a major transformation after the stalled peace process, and the suspension of negotiations between Syria and Israel in 1996. These relations have been based on principles and foundations that have made this relationship strong against any dispute that leads to the dismantling of these relations, and we see these established principles in several aspects of political, economic, military and cultural, through which all the obstacles, crises and projects that targeted these principles in particular. The region is now undergoing a maelstrom of crises and major transformations, where both Iran and Syria have not been immune to these crises. The two countries have dealt with these crises in a different way based on their interests. The political crisis in Syria was one of the most important transformations that have taken place in the region. The Iranian nuclear agreement was an important turning point in the history of Iranian-Syrian relations. Both Syria and Iran tried to address these crises by expanding their alliance to include Iraq and establishing the axis of resistance. Which is threatening Western projects in the region, Iran and Syria are important to each other in the strategic balance that they have been able to regain after Russia's return as a player and a key partner of both sides.
