Abstract
لقد ساهمت المعاهدات الدولية في انتشار العالقات الغير مشروعة خارد إ؛ار الزواد
وكرست أنماط جديدة للزواد، وتراجع نسبة المقولين على الزواد، كما بالغت في المطالبة
بالمساواة المطلقة بين الرجل والمرأة، وعدم قدرة بعل الدول على إنهاء ظاهرة التمييز داخليا
وخار جيا، وأهملت ما يعرف بالخصوصية الثقافية.

Abstract:
International treaties have contributed to the spread of illegal
relationships outside the framework of marriage, established new
patterns of union, and the decline in the percentage of those intending
to marry. They also exaggerated the demand for absolute equality
between men and women, and the inability of some countries to end
the phenomenon of discrimination internally and externally, and
neglected what is known as cultural specificity.
