| dc.description.abstract | The concept of civil society has now become one of the most prominent topics on the political scene in the contemporary world. Civil society in its concept has been linked to many political and legal issues, most notably the issue of defending trade union rights, as civil society organizations in Western countries play a pioneering role in the field of Defending union rights, and in parallel with that, civil society organizations in the Arab countries, especially in Algeria, play a decent role imposed on them by the givens produced by globalization on the one hand, and the current human rights situation on the other hand, and the policy of imitating everyone in the West, which has become widely practiced in Developing countries in general, and Arab countries in particular on the third hand. | |
