Abstract
Human resource competencies has become the basis
for innovation and any excellence or success of the
enterprise. So that competency management is seeking
to get the best competencies, the formation and
refinement of individual skills, develop it and maintain
it. Integrate competencyt management with the
organization's strategy helps in achieving innovation.
But the Algerian entreprises are still not applied
competency model, Since the condor enterprise does
not apply competency model, Since the condor does
not apply efficiency model, they used some of its tools
and is interested in human competency. So that the
skills and performance of its members have been
improved, But the entreprise still needs more
interesting to human resources and the requirements of
innovation, provide encouraging environment and the
means necessary to achieve it, so that it can be
described as achieves the innovation.
