Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعاش النفسي لزوجات مدمني المخدرات من منطلق متغيرات القلق والاكتئاب وتقدير الذات وكذا استراتيجيات المواجهة، عبر المقابلة النصف موجهة ومقياسي mmpi2 واستراتيجيات المواجهة ل Lazzarus & Folkman وقد تم ترجمة المقياس الأخير من قبل الباحثة آيت حمودة.
اتبعت هذه الدراسة المنهج العيادي القائم على تقنية دراسة الحالة وفق نموذج Pedinielli، حيث تمثلت مجموعة الدراسة في زوجتين لمدمني مخدرات تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية تراوحت أعمارهم ما بين 26سنة و43سنة. أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة عن:
-إدمان الزوج على المخدرات يحدث تأثيرا سلبيا مباشرا ومتعدد الأوجه واضطرابا شاملا على المعاش النفسي لزوجته
-مستوى قلق مرتفع لدى زوجات مدمني المخدرات كسمة بنيوية بارزة
-مستوى اكتئاب متفاوت من متوسط إلى حاد لدى زوجات مدمني المخدرات ورغم هذا التفاوت إلا أن الاكتئاب حاضر كمكون رئيس في البنية النفسية لديهن
-وجود تباين واضح على مستوى تقدير الذات لدى زوجات مدمني المخدرات بين التدني الواضح والمتوسط كانعكاس للفروق الفردية وطبيعة سيرورات التكيف التي تعتمدها كل زوجة وكذا المحددات العلائقية
-تتميز استراتيجيات المواجهة لدى زوجات مدمني المخدرات بالتصلب، وذلك بهيمنة الاستجابات الانفعالية مع غياب المرونة والتفكير الحلولي
-تقع الصفحة النفسية لزوجات مدمني المخدرات حسب اختبار MMPI 2 في نطاق اللاسواء، بصفحة ذهانية مؤكدة ذات تموضعات زورانية واضطهادية

Study Summary:
This study aimed to explore the psychological experience of wives of drug addicts through the variables of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and coping strategies. The tools used included a semi-structured interview, the MMPI-2, and the coping strategies scale developed by Lazarus & Folkman, the latter of which was translated by the researcher Aït Hamouda.
The study adopted the clinical methodology based on the case study technique following the Pedinielli model. The sample consisted of two wives of drug addicts, selected intentionally, aged between 26 and 43 years. The results of the study revealed the following:
-A husband’s drug addiction produces a direct and multifaceted negative impact, leading to a pervasive disturbance in the wife’s psychological experience.
-A high level of anxiety was found in the wives of drug addicts, appearing as a prominent structural trait.
- A varying level of depression ranging from moderate to severe was observed. Despite this variability, depression remains a core component in their psychological structure.
-A clear disparity in self-esteem levels was noted, ranging from significantly low to moderate, reflecting individual differences and the nature of coping processes and relational determinants used by each wife.
- The coping strategies of the wives were characterized by rigidity, marked by dominant emotional responses and a lack of flexibility and problem-solving thinking.
- According to the MMPI-2, the psychological profiles of the wives of drug addicts fall within the pathological range, displaying a confirmed psychotic profile with paranoid and persecutory features.
