| dc.description.abstract | defend at the level of all stages of public proceedings, from the stage of research and investigation, to respecting the right of defenceduring the investigation phase as a second phase, and to the trial phase, under the provisions of the Constitution and the Code of Criminal Procedure, to establish a fair trial and safeguard the rights and humandignity of the accused, by enshrining the right of defence and not obliging the accused to provehis innocence as long as innocence ispresumed, within the framework of the principle of criminallegitimacy. Throughthisstudy, we have clarified the guarantees and rights of the right to inform the accused of the charges againsthim, his right to contact hisfamily and silence, the right to respect the procedures for house searches and temporarydetention, as well as respect for his right to question and arrest, the right to counsel, specialguarantees of liabilities in particular, namely trial before the judge, the right to public and confrontation, the right to appeal, as well as the right to cause judicialdecisions.
