Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة التدريب الإداري وعلاقته بأداء المنظمة، ولقد اخترنا بلدية عين الحجل لتكون محل الدراسة، حيث قمنا من خلال هذه الدراسة بمعالجة إشكالية الموضوع المتمثلة في : كيف يساهم التدريب الإداري بتحقيق أداء المنظمة، بحيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، وقد تمثلت الأدوات التي استعملناها في المقابلة الشخصية مع أصحاب الاختصاص إضافة إلى الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على أفراد العينة، بحيث كشفت لنا الدراسة بأن التدريب الإداري يعمل على تحسين أداء الأفراد من خلال تنمية المعارف وتطوير المهارات ، لذا تلجأ المنظمة إلى تطبيق سياسة التدريب عبر مراحل منتظمة

summary :
This study aims to know the administrative training and its relationship to the performance of the organization, and we have chosen the municipality of Ain Al-Hajal to be the subject of the study. The tools that we used in the personal interview with the specialists in addition to the questionnaire that was distributed to the sample members, so that the study revealed to us that administrative training improves the performance of individuals through the development of knowledge and skills development, so the organization resorts to applying the training policy through regular stages
