Abstract
يعد مجلس المنافسة سلطة إدارية مستقلة تتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية واالستقالل المالي، حيث
يسعى مجلس المنافسة إلى حماية السوق ومنع االحتكار وجميع الممارسات المقيدة للمنافسة
التي من شأنها أن تقيد من حرية المنافسة.
كما يهدف مجلس المنافسة إلى الضبط االقتصادي في الجزائر والشهر على تطبيق النصوص
التشريعية والتنظيمية في المجال االقتصادي الرساء المبادئ الخاصة بالمنافسىة، كما منح
لمجلس المنافسة مجموعة من الصالحيات المخولة له والمتمثلة في مراقبة المشرع الجزائري
تجميع المؤسسات االقتصادية وحظر االتفاقاThe Competition Council is an independent administrative
authority that enjoys moral personality and financial
independence, The Competition Council seeks to protect the
market and prevent monopoly of all practices that restrict
competition that would restrict freedom of competition.
The Competition Council also aims to control the economy in
Algeria and ensure the application of legislative and regulatory
texts in the field of economics and the establishment of
competition principles, effective market regulation
