عنوان الدراسة: نجاعة الرقابة الادارية وتأثيرها على التقييم الاداري في المؤسسة الرياضية.
أهداف الدراسة : - الوقوف على المعوقات التي تعرفها الإدارة في تطبيقها لأساليب الرقابة وهذا ما قد ينعكس سلبا على العامل الإداري وعلى إنجازاته وبالتالي تمسكه بالمؤسسة.
- تقديم وطرح بعض الاقترًاحات التي استمدها من النتائج المتواصل إليها وهذا من أجل النهوض بهذا النوع من المؤسسات والتمسك بالعاملين أطول فتًرة ممكنة.
- إبراز السلوك الإنساني في تنظيم ومدى التزام ممثليه وتمسكهم بأساليب الرقابة ووسائلها.
- الوصول إلى إثبات أن الرقابة ليست بالسلبية التي يضنها العاملين بأي مؤسسة
التساؤل العام للدراسة: ما مدى تأثير الرقابة الإدارية على التقييم الاداري في المؤسسات الرياضية ؟

- هل المؤسسات الرياضية تخضع للرقابة الادارية؟
- هل المؤسسات الرياضية تخضع للتقييم الإداري ؟

الفرضية العامة: تأثر الرقابة الإدارية على التقييم الإداري في المؤسسات الرياضية.
الفرضيات الجزئية:
- تخضع المؤسسات الرياضية إلى الرقابة الإدارية.
- تخضع المؤسسات الرياضية إلى التقييم الإداري.
- تخضع المؤسسات الرياضية إلى الرقابة الإدارية والتقييم الإداري معا.
Title of the study: The effectiveness of administrative control and its impact on the administrative evaluation in the sports institution.
Study objectives:
• Identify the obstacles that the administration is exposing in its application of control methods, which may have a negative impact on the administrative worker and his achievements and thus his attachment to the institution.
• Provide and present some of the recommendations that I draw from the continuous results in order to promote this type of institution and hold on to the longest possible staff.
Highlighting human behaviour in the organization and the extent to which its representatives are committed and their adherence to control methods and means.
• Access to proof that censorship is not the negative of employees of any organization
The general question of the study: To what effect does administrative control affect administrative evaluation in sports institutions?
Partial questions:
- Are sports institutions subject to administrative control?
- Are sports institutions subject to administrative evaluation?
- Are sports institutions subject to both administrative control and evaluation?
General hypothesis: Administrative control is affected by administrative evaluation in sports institutions.
Partial hypotheses:
- Sports institutions are subject to administrative control.
- Sports institutions are subject to administrative evaluation.
- Sports institutions are subject to both administrative control and evaluation.
Sample: I chose the sample in a random way and consisted of 20 administrators in the Youth Sports Directorate in Msila.
Field area: Field study was conducted from April to the end of May. The questionnaire was sent to the administrators in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Msila
