Abstract
تتناول هذه المذكرة إعداد ريبورتاج إذاعييحملطابعًاإنسانيًاواجتماعيًا،يتمحورحولموضوعتكيسالمبايض (PCOS) ،وهواضطرابهرمونيشائعيصيبالنساءفيسنالإنجاب،ويُعدمنالقضاياالصحيةالتييلفهاالكثيرمنالصمتوالوصمةالمجتمعية،خصوصًافيالمجتمعاتالمحافظة.
يركزالعملعلىإبرازمعاناةنساءشجاعاتقررنكسرحاجزالصمت،ومشاركةتجاربهنمعالمرض،منخلالشهاداتحيةتكشفعنمعاناتهنالصحيةوالنفسيةوالاجتماعية،وكذلكالتحدياتالتيواجهنهاسواءمعالتشخيص،أونظرةالمجتمع،أوحتىفيالعلاقاتالأسريةوالزوجية. كمايسلطالضوءعلىقلةالوعيونقصالتثقيفالصحي حولالمرض،إضافةإلىغيابالدعمالنفسيوالطبيالكافي.
يتضمنالريبورتاجمقاطعصوتيةأصليةلعددمنالنساءاللواتيتحدثنلأولمرةعنتجاربهن،بالإضافةإلىمداخلاتمنأخصائيينفيطبالنساءوالغددالصماء،وأخصائييننفسيين،بهدفتقديمرؤيةشاملةللموضوع.

وتخلصالمذكرةإلىالتأكيدعلىأهميةالإعلام،لاسيماالإذاعي،فيمعالجةالقضاياالصحيةالمسكوتعنها،وضرورةتوفيرفضاءاتآمنةللنساءللتعبيرعنمعاناتهندونخجلأوخوف.
This thesis focuses on the production of a *radio reportage* with a human and social dimension, centered around the topic of *Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)— a common hormonal disorder affecting women of reproductive age. It is one of the health issues surrounded by silence and social stigma, especially in conservative societies.
The work aims to highlight the struggles of courageous women who have chosen to break the silence, sharing their experiences with the condition through live testimonies that reveal their physical, psychological, and social suffering, as well as the challenges they face — whether related to diagnosis, societal judgment, or family and marital relationships. The reportage also sheds light on the lack of awareness, limited health education* about the disease, and theabsence of adequate psychological and medical support*.
The reportage includes original audio clips of women who spoke publicly for the first time about their stories, along with expert contributions from gynecologists, endocrinologists, and mental health professionals, with the goal of offering a comprehensive perspective on the issue.
The methodology adopted in this project is based on *narrative journalistic storytelling, supported by field research methods such as interviews and investigations, in order to deliver **an informative and empathetic message that touches the audience and challenges prevailing stereotypes* surrounding the condition.
The thesis concludes by emphasizing the vital role of media — particularly radio — in addressing silenced health issues, and the need to create safe spaces where women can speak about their struggles without shame or fear.
