| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: تتناول الدراسة فئات المجتمع الجزائري في العهد العثماني مع التركيز على فئة "الكراغلة" كنموذج، تشكلت فئة الكراغلة من عناصر مختلفة مثل الأتراك والمرتزقة والجنود السابقين، وكانت تتمتع بنفوذ كبير في الإدارة والسياسة والاقتصاد، لعبت هذه الفئة دورًا بارزًا في تنظيم الجباية وتحصيل الضرائب، وكانت مسؤولة عن الأمن والنظام في المدن، كما كانت تتدخل في تعيين الولاة والقادة العسكريين، مما جعلها قوة مؤثرة في صنع القرار، علاوة على ذلك، تميزت الكراغلة بتكوين علاقات مع النخب المحلية والقبائل، ما ساعدها في توطيد سيطرتها، الدراسة تسلط الضوء على كيفية تأثير هذه الفئة على المجتمع الجزائري، والتغيرات التي أحدثتها في الهيكل الاجتماعي والاقتصادي خلال العهد العثماني. الكلمات المفتاحية: العهدالعثماني،الكراغلة،العائلات، الجزائر، المسيلة. Abstract: The study examines the social classes of Algerian society during the Ottoman era, focusing on the "Kouloughlis" as a model. The Kouloughlis were formed from diverse elements such as Turks, mercenaries, and former soldiers, and they wielded significant influence in administration, politics, and the economy. This group played a prominent role in organizing tax collection and maintaining security and order in the cities. They also intervened in the appointment of governors and military leaders, making them a powerful force in decision-making. Moreover, the Kouloughlis established relationships with local elites and tribes, which helped them, consolidate their control. The study highlights how this group impacted Algerian society and the changes they brought to the social and economic structure during the Ottoman period.
