Abstract
يُجيب هذا البحث الموسوم :"سلطات قاضي التحقيق في التحقيق الابتدائي"على اشكالية ماهي السلطات التي يمكن أن يستعملها قاضي التحقيق أثناء مباشرة التحقيق والانتهاء منه؟. من خلال مقدمة وفصلين وخاتمة، باتباع المنهج التحليلي وقد توصل البحث الى جملة من النتائج :
ــ عرض القضيا المهيأة للفصل فيها أمام المحكمة
ــ يسعى للوصول الى الحقيقة سواء كانت بالإدانة او بالبراءة

Summary:
This research, tagged: "The powers of the investigating judge in the preliminary investigation," answers the question of what are the powers that the investigating judge can use during the conduct of the investigation and its completion? Through an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion, following the analytical approach, the research reached a number of results:
Presentation of cases prepared for adjudication before the court
He seeks to reach the truth, whether by conviction or acquittal

Cette recherche, étiquetée : « Les pouvoirs du juge d'instruction dans l'enquête préliminaire », répond à la question de savoir quels sont les pouvoirs dont le juge d'instruction peut user lors du déroulement de l'enquête et de son aboutissement ? À travers une introduction, deux chapitres et une conclusion, suivant l'approche analytique, la recherche a abouti à un certain nombre de résultats :
