Abstract
ملخص الدراسة:
اعتمدت الجزائر خلال مواجهتها لجرائم المخدرات على أليات قانونية دولية و داخلية و
أخرى مؤسساتية لتصدي لهذه الآفة الخطيرة و ذلك من خلال اتباع سياسة جنائية قائمة
على الوقاية و منع استعمال هذه المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية .
ومن بين الآليات القانونية التي اعتمد عليها المشرع الجزائري خلال مكافحته لجرائم
المخدرات هو اصداره لقانون 04/18 المتعلق بالوقاية من المخدرات و المؤثرات العقلية و
قمع الاستعمال و الإتجار غير المشروعين بها نص على جرائم المخدرات خلال الفصل
الثالث ضمن الاحكام الجزائية حيث قام بتقسيمها إلى جنح و جنايات .
summary
During its confrontation with drug crimes Algeria relied on international and internal legal mechanisms other institutional response to this serious scourge through an existing criminal policy on prevention and prevention use of these drugs and psychotropic substances .
Among the legal mechanisms relied upon by Algerian legislation during its fight against crimes drug law 04/18 on the prevention of narcotic Drugs and psychotropic substances and suppression of illegal and Trafficking of Drug Offences during the class the third of the penal provisions which he divided into misdemeanors and felonies
