Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان الأوضاع المهنية والاجتماعية للمراسلين في ظل القانون العضوي للإعلام 14/23من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الصحفيين بالقطاع العام والخاص بولاية المسيلة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان لجمع بيانات الدراسة على عينة متكونة من 30 صحفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: من وجهة نظر المراسلين الصحفيين الصحفيين في ولاية المسيلة لا توجد العديد من الاصلاحات جاء بها مضمون قانون الإعلام الجديد2023، ووجود العديد من الممارسات الصحفية تمارس في ظل القانون الجديد للإعلام 14/23، بالإضافة إلى وجود العديد من التحديات المهنية التي يواجهها المراسلون في ظل تطبيق القانون العضوي للإعلام 14/23.
This study aimed to demonstrate the professional and social conditions of correspondents under the Organic Media Law 14/23 through a field study on a sample of journalists in the public and private sectors in the state of M'Sila, where the descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool were relied upon to collect study data on a sample consisting of 30 journalists. The study reached several results, including: From the point of view of journalists in the state of M'Sila, there are not many reforms included in the content of the new Media Law 2023, and the existence of many journalistic practices carried out under the new Media Law 14/23, in addition to the existence of many professional challenges facing correspondents under the application of the Organic Media Law 14/23.
