 حساني فاطنة2025-07-152025-07-152025-06-20https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/47126يتناول هذا العمل مشروع تخرج في شكل ربورتاج مصوّر بعنوان: "سونلغاز بين واقع التحديات ورهانات الاستشراف"، والذييسلط الضوء على مؤسسة سونلغاز باعتبارها فاعلاً استراتيجياً في قطاع الطاقة بالجزائر، ودورها في ضمان الخدمة العمومية رغم الصعوبات المتعددة. يركّز الربورتاج على رصد أهم التحديات التي تواجه المؤسسة، مثل الانقطاعات الكهربائية، الضغط على الشبكات، نقص التكوين البشري، والمشاكل التقنية، مع استعراض جهود سونلغاز في تجاوز هذه العراقيل عبر تحديث بنيتها التحتية، رقمنة خدماتها، وتعزيز الكفاءات المهنية. كما يعكس العمل البُعد الاستشرافي للمؤسسة، من خلال خططها المستقبلية للانتقال الطاقوي، والرهان على الطاقات المتجددة، بما يواكب التحولات الاقتصادية والبيئية. اعتمد المشروع على منهجية ميدانية جمعت بين التصوير، التوثيق، وتصريحات مسؤولين في مختلف القطاعات التقنية والإدارية داخل المؤسسة، في محاولة لتقديم صورة متكاملة وشاملة عن واقع سونلغاز وآفاقها المستقبلية This work addresses a graduation project in the form of a visual report entitled: "Sonelgaz Between the Reality of Challenges and Prospects for Foresight," which highlights Sonelgaz as a strategic player in the energy sector in Algeria, and its role in ensuring public service despite multiple difficulties. The report focuses on monitoring the key challenges facing the institution, such as power outages, pressure on networks, a lack of human resources training, and technical problems, while showcasing Sonelgaz's efforts to overcome these obstacles by modernising its infrastructure, digitising its services, and enhancing professional competencies. The work also reflects the prospective aspect of the institution through its future plans for energy transition and its commitment to renewable energies, in line with economic and environmental transformations. The project relied on a field methodology that combined photography, documentation, and statements from officials in various technical and administrative sectors within the institution, in an attempt to present a complete and comprehensive picture of Sonelgaz's current situation and its future prospects.otherThesis
