A case study of the Civil Status Department and electronic biometric documents in the municipalities of Ain el-hadjel and Hammam el-Dalaa. The study sample consisted of 42 individuals. In our study ، we relied on the descriptive approach and used the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting data and information . The results of the study showed : • The existence of an electronic administration application in the municipalities of Ain el-hadjel and Hammam al-Dalaa (the Department of Civil Status and Electronic Biometric Documents) ، from the point of view of its employees . • The existence of an application of the various dimensions of electronic management (the technological and technical dimension ، the human dimension ، the administrative dimension ، and the legal dimension) in the municipalities of Ain el-hadjel and Hammam el-Dalaa ، the Civil Status and Electronic Biometric Documents Departmentelectronic administration، local groups، civil status authority and electronic biometric documents، the municipalities of Ain el-hadjel and Hammam Al-Dalaa.Thesis
