شراك فاطمة الزهراء2025-10-072025-10-072025https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/47606The study aimed to highlight the role of digital transformation in improving the performance of the Algerian administration, through a field study conducted at the Specialized Hospital in Gynecology and Obstetrics "Slimane Amirat" in M'sila. The research was applied to a random sample consisting of 35 employees at the same hospital. The descriptive-analytical method was adopted, relying on observation and a questionnaire as the main research tools. The study reached several findings, the most important of which is that digital transformation at Slimane Amirat Hospital enhances functional performance through an effective digital infrastructure, high digital competence among employees, and digital administrative procedures that simplify tasks.
