In order to achieve this goal, we conducted a field study at the Secondary Unit Institution for Civil Protection, Mansoura, Bordj Bou Arreridj Province, and the questionnaire was relied upon. As a tool for the study, the questionnaire was distributed to all units of the statistical community, whose vocabulary was estimated at 70 items, while 57 study able questionnaires were retrieved. In order to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, the spss program was used.
