حنان بكراويرحيمة علي صوشةاشراف: حدة نش2025-07-232025-07-232025-07-23https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/47449تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد بولاية المسيلة، وكذا معرف الفروق في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي تبعا لكل من الجنس والسن والأقدمية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي، كما قمنا بتطبيق مقياس الذكاء الاجتماعي لإبراهيم أبو عمشة (2013) على عينة مكونة من (80) مستشارا ومستشارة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية اسفرت النتائج عن: • وجو مستوى مرتفع الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مستشاري التوجيه. • عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مستشاري التوجيه تبعا لمتغير الجنس. • عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مستشاري التوجيه تبعا لمتغير السن. • عدم وجود فروق في مستوى الذكاء الاجتماعي لدى مستشاري التوجيه تبعا لمتغير الأقدمية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاجتماعي، مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد Abstarct : This study aims to explore the level of social intelligence among guidance and counseling counselors in the Wilaya of M'sila, as well as to examine the differences in social intelligence levels based on gender, age, and seniority. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive method was adopted, and Ibrahim Abu Amsha’s (2013) Social Intelligence Scale was applied to a randomly selected sample of 80 counselors. After statistical analysis, the results revealed the following: • A high level of social intelligence among guidance and counseling counselors. • No significant differences in social intelligence level based on gender. • No significant differences in social intelligence level based on age. • No significant differences in social intelligence level based on seniority.
