سامي جعيجع2019-07-152019-07-152019https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/15001إن موضوع حقوق المؤلف من أهم المواضيع التي اهتم بها المشرع الجزائري في مجال الملكية الفكرية، لكونها تمثل الإبداع الفكري والذهني لأصحاب المصنفات، فقد قام بتحديث وتعديل مختلف القوانين حق المؤلف تماشيت مع التطورات التكنولوجيا حيث كان أخرها الأمر 03-05 ، لحماية المؤلفين أصحاب الإبداعات المنتجين للمصنفات وهذا باعترافه الصريح بمجموعة من الحقوق سواء كانت أدبية أو مالية ، بالإضافة إلى تمكين المؤلف من حماية حقوقه، بإعطائه حماية جزائية و حماية مدنية بإعطائه الحق في رفع دعوى المسؤولية المدنية لأجل المطالبة بالتعويض نتيجة لما لحق بهب Abstract The subject of copyright is one of the most important topics that the Algerian legislator has devoted to intellectual property, as it represents the intellectual and intellectual creativity of the authors.
