Currently, no one can deny the omnipresence of ChatGpt in students' research habits, and this research attempts to regulate its use in documentary research through student training. After a descriptive study of ChatGpt use by first-year Master's students through a questionnaire, a startup project was implemented to create a company, "FORIARES," for training in Artificial Intelligence. The first training course was dedicated to the use of ChatGPT in scientific research among Master's students. The results demonstrated the possibility of developing AI skills among students, which could lead to conscious use of ChatGpt.
