Summary: The phenomenon of illegal immigration is one of the most important threats to the international community, especially the European community in particular. This phenomenon also affected both the source and future communities of migrants as it reflected negatively on the political, economic and social conditions, which called for the need to establish cooperation that protects both parties. It is clear from this study: - As the number of migrants increases, the situation of the resigned country worsens. - The establishment of Algerian-European cooperation is necessary to reduce this problem.
