The issue of Legal Security constitues the basics on which any society is based, and its meaning in our research is the stability of legal centers to ensure the proper functioning and continuation of work relationships, especially individual ones. Linking legal security to contractual security for the stability of the parties to the contract, namely the worker and the employer, and adherence to the legal rule and the established protection of the worker’s rights, as well as obliging him to perform his duties. However, while the legislator has established guarantees and protection for the worker with all changes that occur in working conditions, regardless of the type of contract (fixed-term or indefinite-term), legal security remains limited and shortcomings in individual labor relations.otherThesis
