The study found that these principles form the cornerstone for ensuring justice and upholding the rule of law, resulting in significant reforms such as the implementation of the two-tier litigation system and the independence of administrative courts. It further highlighted the importance of establishing key principles such as equality, adversarial proceedings, and judicial dualism in administrative matters.
