The study was based on a sample of 72 individuals, employing a descriptive approach for the theoretical part. A questionnaire was used to collect data in the practical part, and the SPSS program was utilized for data analysis. Among the most significant findings was the existence of a statistically significant effect of digitization on the quality of employee performance at the Municipality of Ain El-Khadra in M'sila Province, at a significance level of (α ≤ 0.05).
