The random method was relied upon to determine the basic study sample, which was chosen in a simple way and after statistical processing of the study data.I reached the following results:  The level of psychological empowerment among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors is high.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment among school and vocational guidance and guidance counselors due to the gender variable.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the variable of experience.  There are no statistically significant differences in the level of psychological empowerment among school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors due to the variable of job rank. key words:psychological empowerme - School and vocational guidance and guidance counsotherThesis
