يديوي منال2019-07-152019-07-152019https://dspace.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/15061للحدود الدولية أهمية فهي تحد سيادة كل دولة لبسط سلطتها وسيادتها المختلفة داخل هذه الحدود، لذا فقد مرت الجزائر في ترسيم حدودها عبر تطورات تاريخية، وبعد الاستعمار اصبح طول الحدود الجزائرية هو 6511 كلم. ويعد مفهوم العقيدة العسكرية الجزائرية بتلك المبادئ المترسخة في الجيش الشعبي الوطني والمستمدة من جيش التحرير الوطني. كما تعتبر أيضا المؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية واحدة من مؤسسات الدولة التي تمارس من خلالها الوظيفة العسكرية، والتي شهدت اختلافا جذريا لموقعها ودورها الدستوري بعد دستور 1989، فبعد أن كان تدخل العسكریین بعد الاستقلال في العمل السیاسي أمرا دستوريا ومقننا، بل امتد هذا التدخل إلى كل مناحي الحیاة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، إلا أن هذا الوضع شهد تغيرا جذريا بعد دستور1989، وتكرس ذلك في الدساتیر التي تلته بالزام الجیش بالمهام التقلیدیةالأصيلة الممارسة من طرف جيوش العالم، وهذا بغض النظر عن واقع السلوك السیاسي للمؤسسة العسكرية الجزائرية. من خلال ما سبق تم مناقشة الاشكالية التالية: ما مدى تأثر العقيدة العسكرية الجزائرية بالتحولات والتهديدات التي تشهدها البيئة الاقليمية؟. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحدود، المعضلة الأمنية، العقيدة العسكرية، منطقة الساحل، الجماعات الارهابية، الحدود الجزائرية.
