بوزيد ويد2021-01-052021-01-052020https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/23044تعتبر جرائم الإهمال العائلي من أهم الموضوعات الاكثر شيوعا وانتشارا في المجتمع الحالي وتزايدها المستمر في الواقع، والتي لها خطورة كبيرة على الأسرة، ذلك لما تسببه من آثار سلبية تلحق بالطرف الضعيف في الأسرة ألا وهم الأطفال وحاجتهم للمساعدة والحماية القانونية والاجتماعية وهذا ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يضع اجراءات المتابعة والعقوبات الأصلية والتكميلية لمثل هذه الجرائم من أجل المحافظة على كيان الأسرة والحد من مشاكل الإهمال والتصدي لكامل الأفعال التي تشكل انتهاك لحقوق أفراد الأسرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإهمال العائلي، جرائم، التشريع الجزائري Summary Family neglect is considered one of the most common and widespread issues in the current society and its continuous increase in reality, which has a great danger to the family, because it causes negative effects on the weak party in the family, namely children and their need for legal and social assistance and protection, and this is what made the Algerian legislator put Follow-up procedures and original and complementary penalties for such crimes in order to preserve the family's existence, reduce neglect problems, and address all acts that constitute a violation of the rights of family members.
