It may extend to provoking wars, as the huge increase in population and requirements of agriculture for water and industry and other activities, made the water resource one of the concerns that pertain to all the structures of the international system, because of its serious involvement in the various dimensions, whether these dimensions are legal, economic environmental, social, value and political, which obligates the various actors to develop these resources and move towards establishing rules and policies based on cooperation, consultation and overcoming differences between nations, and to search for the appropriate platform for convering views and leaning towards peace rather than conflict. The matter of the water security in countries that lack a long – term strategic vision, such as Egypt and Sudan, in their dependence on the Nile Basin as primary water resource, without searching for alternative sources of water other than the Nile River, puts the decision – making circles in trouble, especially after the announcement of the start of filling the Renaissance Dam. The reality of the Renaissance Dam has become imposed on the downstream countries, and the potential impact of the project of the water security of the downstream countries become inevitable.otherWater security/Renaissance Dam/Nil Basin/Dam International.(الأمن المائي لدول مصبات الأنهار (مصر أنموذجاThesis
