Our analytical study of the status of the public employee in Algerian legislation has yielded important results, the most prominent of which is the definition of the public employee through Order 06/03 relating to public employment despite the multiplicity of texts regulating this field, which defines him in its fourth article as: "Every employee appointed to a public job is considered an employee ."
