سفيان نور الدينرمضان عوينةاشراف: بوقاف جمال الدين2026-01-222026-01-22https://repository.univ-msila.dz/handle/123456789/48201تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "التضخم النقدي وأثره على الديون" من منظور الفقه الإسلامي. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التضخم النقدي ظاهرة اقتصادية معاصرة تؤثر على القوة الشرائية للنقود وتؤدي إلى تآكل قيمة الديون. اختلف الفقهاء المعاصرون في مسألة التعويض عن تآكل قيمة الديون بسبب التضخم إلى ثلاثة اتجاهات: المنع مطلقاً، والجواز مطلقاً، والتفصيل بين التضخم المعتدل والجامح. رجحت الدراسة الاتجاه الثالث القائل بالتفصيل، استناداً إلى القواعد الفقهية كقاعدة "لا ضرر ولا ضرار" ونظرية الظروف الطارئة. قدمت الدراسة حلولاً شرعية متنوعة لمعالجة آثار التضخم، منها ربط الحقوق المالية بمؤشرات موضوعية في حالات التضخم الجامح، ودور المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية في تطوير أدوات مالية مقاومة للتضخم. الكلمات المفتاحية: التضخم النقدي، الديون، الفقه الإسلامي، المعاملات المالية ________________________________________ Research Abstract This study examined "Monetary Inflation and Its Impact on Debts" from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. The study concluded that monetary inflation is a contemporary economic phenomenon that affects the purchasing power of money and leads to the erosion of debt values. Contemporary Islamic scholars differed on the issue of compensating for the erosion of debt values due to inflation into three approaches: absolute prohibition, absolute permissibility, and differentiation between moderate and severe inflation. The study favored the third approach of differentiation, based on Islamic legal principles such as the rule "no harm nor reciprocal harm" and the theory of extraordinary circumstances. The study presented various Sharia-compliant solutions to address the effects of inflation, including linking financial rights to objective indicators in cases of severe inflation, and the role of Islamic financial institutions in developing inflation-resistant financial instruments .Keywords: Monetary Inflation, Debts, Islamic Jurisprudence, Financial TransactionsotherThesis
