In recent years Algerian authorities have intensified efforts to combat speculative practices by introducing stricter legal measures and increasing market surveillance. Which prompted the release of Law No. 21-15, which targets all forms of unlawful speculation and market manipulation. This research aims to shed light on the legal framework in place to combat such practices, and evaluate its effectiveness in deterring offenders.
