They aim to resolve conflicts amicably through dialogue and mutual understanding. The Algerian legislator’s commitment to ensuring family stability has led to the incorporation of reconciliation and arbitration as alternative means of dispute resolution within both the Family Code and the Code of Civil and Administrative Procedure. These approaches offer a conducive and peaceful environment for reaching solutions that satisfy all parties involved, while safeguarding the cohesion and integrity of the family unit. One of the main findings reached is that conciliation is a fundamental procedure in addressing family disputes, requiring mandatory recourse. Additionally, there is a legislative deficiency in regulating arbitration in family disputes, as there are no clear and detailed provisions governing its procedures.otherFamily disputesconciliationarbitrationالطرق البديلة لحل المنازعات الأسرية في التشريع الجزائريThesis
