    تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع منظومة الأمم المتحدة وطوفان الأقصى محكمةالعدل الدولية أنموذجا حيث يعتبر هذا الموضوع من اهتمامات المجتمع الدولي وهو موضوع الساعة نظرا للإبادة الجماعية التي تحدث في غزة بعد عملية طوفانالأقصى، وذلك جراء الانتهاكات الصهيونية للمحتل الغاشم، ولهذا فان دراستناهي محاولة تسليط الضوء على مواقف الدول وأجهزة منظومة الأمم المتحدة ودورها في إيقاف هذه الإبادة تكاد تؤدي بحياة الكثيرين من الشعب الكثيرين من الشعب الفلسطينيوخصوصا موقف حكمة العدل الدولية ودورها في حسم الموضوع حول الصراع الفلسطيني والكيان الصهيوني، كما قمنا بدراسة مدى فاعلية قرارات محكمة العدل الدوليةعلى قطاع غزة. This study examines the United Nations system and the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in the context of the Al-Aqsa Flood and the genocide occurring in Gaza following the Al-Aqsa operation. This topic is of international concern and urgency due to Zionist violations by the occupying aggressor. The study aims to highlight the positions of states and UN bodies in efforts to stop this genocide, which threatens the lives of many Palestinians. Specifically, it scrutinizes the role of the ICJ in resolving the Palestinian-Zionist conflict and assesses the effectiveness of ICJ decisions concerning Gaza.
