    الاحتيال من أنبذ الصفات التي يستطيع الانسان أن يقوم بها، فكان الشخص في الماضي يحتال عن طريق وسائل تقليدية باستخدام أساليب على أرض الواقع و الذهاب للطرف المجني عليه شخصيا أمّا في العصر الحديث فلا يحتاج الشخص للتحرك من مكانه و إنّما وبعد توفر وسائل وتقنيات حديثة كالحواسيب الآلية فذلك سّهل القيام بالجريمة و صعّب عملية البحث عن الجاني، فكان موضوع بحثنا النصب والاحتيال الالكتروني دراسة مقارنة بين الفقه الاسلامي والقانون الجزائري عبارة عن نقلة زمنية بين الاحتيال التقليدي كمبدأ ومفهوم و من ثَمّ التطرق للاحتيال الالكتروني، والتعرف على موقف كل من الفقه الاسلامي والقانون الجزائري من النصب، وكذا الولوج في صور الاحتيال الالكتروني، كالتجارة الالكترونية والاحتيال المصرفي، في كل من الفقه الاسلامي والقانون الجزائري، ثمّ تعرّفنا على أساليب مكافحة هذا الإجرام الخطير وأخيرا الحلول والنتائج والتوصيات المتوصل لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: النصب، الاحتيال، الالكتروني، الفقه الاسلامي، القانون الجزائري. Fraud is one of the most abhorrent traits a person can commit. In the past, people would fraud through traditional means using real-life methods. And going to the injured party personally, but in the modern era, the person does not need to move from his place However, with the availability of modern means and technologies such as computers, this has made it easier to commit the crime and more difficult to search for the perpetrator. The subject of our research was electronic fraud and deception, a comparative study between Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, representing a time shift between traditional fraud As a principle and concept, then addressing electronic fraud, and identifying the position of both Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law on fraud, And also delving into the forms of electronic fraud, such as electronic commerce and banking fraud, in both Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, then we learned about the methods of combating this dangerous crime and finally the solutions, results and recommendations reached. keywords: Fraud, Electronic, Islamic jurisprudence, Algerian law.
