    الملخص بالعربية: موضوع بحثنا هو " انعكاس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو تدريس مادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية" حيث هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد انعكاس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو تدريس مادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية وهذا من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة الذي كان "ما هو تأثير تطبيق مبادئ وأساليب البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو اختيار مهنة تدريس المادة؟" وقد اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باستخدام أداة الاستبيان على عينة تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية قدرت بـ 30 طالب ماستر 2 بمعهد علوم و تقنيات النشاطات البدنية و الرياضية جامعة محمد بوضياف المسيلة، و قد تمثلت أداة الدراسة في استمارة أسئلة مكونة من 18 سؤالا موزعة على ثلاثة محاور , ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها دراستنا أن طلبة الماستر يمتلكون معرفة بمفاهيم ومبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية قبل بدء الدراسة، وأن تطبيق هذه المبادئ يُسهم في تحسين فهم الطلاب وتعزيز تعلمهم في هذا المجال. كما أظهرت النتائج أن تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية يؤثر إيجابيًا على رغبة الطلاب في مواصلة مسار التدريس في التربية البدنية والرياضية بعد انتهاء دراستهم. عنوان الدراسة : . " انعكاس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو تدريس مادة التربية البدنية و الرياضية" أهداف الدراسة: تتمثل أهداف الدراسة ما يلي: 1-فهم تأثير تطبيق مبادئ وأساليب البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر. 2-تقييم مدى معرفة طلبة الماستر بمفاهيم ومبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية قبل بدء الدراسة. 3-تحديد العوامل التي تؤثر في قبول طلبة الماستر لفكرة تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية. 4-تقييم تأثير تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على فهم الطلاب وتعلمهم في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية. التساؤل العام الدراسة : "ما هو تأثير تطبيق مبادئ وأساليب البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو اختيار مهنة تدريس المادة؟" التساؤلات الجزئية : 1-هل معرفة طلبة الماستر بمفاهيم البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية قبل بدء الدراسة؟ 2-هل تطبيق البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس المادة يمكن أن يحسن فهم الطلاب وتعلمهم في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية؟ 3-هل تطبيق البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس المادة يمكن أن يؤثر على رغبتهم في مواصلة مسار التدريس في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية بعد الانتهاء من الدراسة؟ الفرضية العامة للدراسة : لتطبيق مبادئ وأساليب البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية تأثير على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر نحو اختيار مهنة تدريس المادة. الفرضيات الجزئية 1- معرفة طلبة الماستر بمفاهيم البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية قبل بدء الدراسة 2- تطبيق البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس المادة يحسن فهم الطلاب وتعلمهم في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية 3- تطبيق البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس المادة يمكن أن يؤثر على رغبة الطلاب في مواصلة مسار التدريس في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية بعد الانتهاء من الدراسة المنهج المتبع في الدراسة : المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته لطبيعة دراستنا الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة استعنا في بحثنا هذا بالاستبيان لجمع البيانات وهو من الوسائل الشائعة في البحوث الوصفية. الكلمات المفتاحية بالعربية: البيداغوجيا، البيداغوجيا التطبيقية، الاتجاهات، التدريس، التربية البدنية و الرياضية جاء هذا البحث في فصول: الفصل الأول: الاطار العام للدراسة. الفصل الثاني: التربية البدنية و الرياضية الفصل الثالث : الاتجاهات الفصل الرابع: تدريس التربية البدنية و الرياضية الفصل الخامس: منهجية الدراسة الفصل السادس: عرض وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج الفصل السابع: الاستنتاجات والاقتراحات. من أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث : 1. البيداغوجيا التطبيقية: - منهجية تدريس تركز على تطبيق المعارف والمهارات في سياقات واقعية وحل المشكلات - تهدف إلى إشراك الطلبة بشكل نشط في العملية التعليمية وربط المحتوى بالممارسة العملية 2. انعكاس البيداغوجيا التطبيقية على اتجاهات طلبة الماستر: - تنمية اتجاهات إيجابية نحو تدريس مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية - التركيز على الجانب العملي والتطبيقي يزيد من دافعية الطلبة وإقبالهم على التدريس - ربط المحتوى النظري بالممارسة الواقعية يعزز من قناعتهم بأهمية المادة وجدواها - التعلم القائم على المشكلات والتطبيق يطور لديهم مهارات التفكير والحل الإبداعي - تنمية الكفايات التدريسية اللازمة - اكتساب مهارات التخطيط والتنفيذ والتقويم في سياقات حقيقية - تطوير الكفايات العملية في إدارة الصف وتنظيم الأنشطة الرياضية - اكتساب الخبرة الميدانية في التدريس وتنمية الثقة بالنفس و قد أسفرت الدراسة التطبيقية على النتائج التالية: - تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية يساهم في تعزيز مهارات المدرسين وتفاعلهم الفعّال مع الطلاب، كما يزيد من اهتمام الطلاب ومشاركتهم الفعّالة في الدروس والأنشطة التعليمية. ومن الجدير بالذكر أن هذا التطبيق يؤدي إلى زيادة فهم الطلاب وتفهمهم لاحتياجاتهم التعليمية وطرق تعلمهم. - تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية يلعب دوراً هاماً في تحفيز الطلاب وإثارة اهتمامهم بمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية، مما يعزز تجربتهم التعليمية بشكل عام ويرسخ رغبتهم في الاستمرار في هذا المجال. أهم التوصيات:. -تعزيز التدريب: يجب توفير برامج تدريبية متخصصة لطلبة الماستر حول تطبيق مبادئ البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية. - تطوير المناهج: ينبغي تحديث المناهج الدراسية لتشمل مفاهيم البيداغوجيا التطبيقية بشكل أعمق، مما يسهم في تحسين جودة التعليم. -تشجيع البحث: من الضروري تشجيع المزيد من الأبحاث والدراسات حول تأثير البيداغوجيا التطبيقية في التعليم الرياضي، لتعزيز الفهم وتبادل الخبرات. -توفير الدعم: يجب تقديم الدعم والمشورة للطلاب الذين يرغبون في مواصلة مسيرتهم التعليمية والتدريسية في مجال التربية البدنية والرياضية. -تقييم مستمر: من المهم إجراء تقييم دوري لأساليب التدريس المستخدمة، للتأكد من فعاليتها ولتعديلها حسب الحاجة بناءً على نتائج الدراسة Searchlight in English Faculty Institute of Sciences and Sports and Technical and PhysicalActivities Department: Order No:......................................................... The aim of this study was to determine the impact of applied pedagogy on master's students' attitudes towards teaching physical education and sports. This was achieved by addressing the main research question: "What is the impact of applying the principles and methods of applied pedagogy in teaching physical education and sports on master's students' attitudes towards choosing a teaching career in this field?" The study utilized a descriptive methodology through a questionnaire administered to a randomly selected sample of 30 Master's students from the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at Mohamed Boudiaf University, M'sila. Furthermore, applying these principles contributes to improving students' understanding and enhances their learning in this field. The results also showed that the application of applied pedagogy principles positively influences students' willingness to pursue a teaching career in physical education and sports after completing their studies. Methodology: A descriptive approach was adopted due to its suitability for the nature of our study. Notably, this application leads to better understanding of students' educational needs and learning methods. • The application of applied pedagogy principles plays a significant role in motivating students and sparking their interest in physical education and sports, thus enriching their overall educational experience and solidifying their desire to continue in this field. Key Recommendations: • Enhance Training: Specialized training programs should be provided for master's students on applying the principles of applied pedagogy in teaching physical education and sports. • Develop Curricula: Curricula should be updated to include deeper concepts of applied pedagogy, contributing to improved educational quality. • Encourage Research: It is essential to promote further research studies on the impact of applied pedagogy in sports education to enhance understanding and exchange experiences. • Provide Support: Support and guidance should be offered to students wishing to continue their educational and teaching careers in physical education and sports. • Continuous Evaluation: Regular evaluations of teaching methods used are important to ensure their effectiveness and to modify them as needed based on study results.
