    اليقظة المعلوماتية لدي الجمهور الداخلي للمؤسسة ومساهمتها في التقليل من مخاطر الإشاعات اثناء حدوث الأزمات دراسة ميدانية على الجمهور الداخلي المؤسسة الحماية المدنية – مدينة المسيلة

    تُعدّ اليقظة المعلوماتية داخل المؤسسات أداة استراتيجية تهدف إلى جمع وتحليل المعلومات لمواجهة التحديات والتهديدات المحتملة. في سياق الأزمات، تلعب هذه اليقظة دورًا حاسمًا في تقليل مخاطر الإشاعات من خلال توفير معلومات دقيقة وموثوقة في الوقت المناسب. في دراسة ميدانية أُجريت على الجمهور الداخلي لمؤسسة الحماية المدنية بمدينة المسيلة، تم التركيز على كيفية مساهمة اليقظة المعلوماتية في تقليل مخاطر الإشاعات أثناء الأزمات. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن التواصل الفعّال داخل المؤسسة، سواء كان صاعدًا من الموظفين إلى الإدارة أو نازلاً من الإدارة إلى الموظفين، يعزز من فعالية اليقظة المعلوماتية. هذا التواصل يُسهم في تحسين صورة المؤسسة وتعزيز الثقة بين العاملين، مما يقلل من انتشار الإشاعات. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن استخدام وسائل الاتصال المختلفة، مثل الاجتماعات والإعلانات، يُسهم في نقل المعلومات بشكل فعّال، مما يُعزز من قدرة المؤسسة على إدارة الأزمات بشكل أكثر كفاءة. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يُعتبر الهيكل التنظيمي المحكم للمؤسسة عاملاً مساعدًا في تحقيق أهداف اليقظة المعلوماتية. بناءً على هذه النتائج، توصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز قنوات الاتصال الداخلية وتطوير استراتيجيات اليقظة المعلوماتية داخل المؤسسات، خاصة تلك التي تُواجه أزمات بشكل متكرر، لضمان تقديم معلومات دقيقة وتقليل مخاطر الإشاعات Information vigilance within organizations is a strategic tool aimed at gathering and analyzing information to address potential challenges and threats. In crisis contexts, this vigilance plays a crucial role in reducing the risk of rumors by providing accurate and reliable information in a timely manner. A field study conducted among the internal audience of the Civil Protection Agency in the city of M'Sila focused on how information vigilance contributes to reducing the risk of rumors during crises. The study results showed that effective communication within the organization, whether from employees to management or from management to employees, enhances the effectiveness of information vigilance. This communication contributes to improving the organization's image and enhancing trust among employees, which reduces the spread of rumors. The study also showed that the use of various communication methods, such as meetings and announcements, contributes to the effective transmission of information, enhancing an organization's ability to manage crises more efficiently. Additionally, an organization's robust organizational structure is a contributing factor in achieving information vigilance goals. Based on these findings, the study recommends strengthening internal communication channels and developing information vigilance strategies within organizations, especially those facing recurring crises, to ensure accurate information and reduce the risk of rumors.
