The state strengthened its will to prevent and combat corruption in the 2020 Constitution, which stipulated that the Supreme Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Combating of Corruption is an independent institution, and is responsible for preventing and combating corruption. It also guarantees the ethics of public life and combating corruption, supports the capabilities of specialized bodies in this field, and lays the building blocks.
