    The Reality Of Applying Knowledge Management In Algerian Economic Institutions: Case Study Of A Group Of Institutions In The City Of Setif

    This study aims to determine the set of factors that affect the process of applying knowledge management in the economic institutions in the city of Setif through choosing a sample of (25) institution. The study indicates that the level of the application of the concept of knowledge management differs according to the different nature of the institution, the size of the institution, as well as the gender and age of the directors. The results of the study show the most important factors impeding the application of knowledge management in the economic institutions.
