    Information technologies play a growing role in healthcare delivery and help address the health problems and challenges faced by clinicians and other health professionals. An electronic health record (EHR) is a systematic electronic collection of health information about patients such as medical history, medication orders, vital signs, laboratory results, radiology reports, and physician and nurse notes. Like all technological developments, the EHR has changed healthcare practices, relationships and made the healthcare process easier, In end of this dissertation, we have developed a electronic health record system, that can store infomations about patient and help healchcare provider to better manage care for patients.
