    Criteria for Taking Over The Position of The ICC Prosecutor

    The structural and institutional aspects of any international tribunal are often raised and become a subject of controversy and debate, or even criticism and opposition, but the most usually discussed side is the status and tasks that the Prosecutor of the Court enjoys, thus the process of nomination and election of the prosecutors is very important because it reflects the weight of the court, especially in the international criminal justice system. The subject of election of the General Prosecutor became of important historical decisions, the process is often called «the best candidate for the toughest job», so this important international position is governed by terms and implications and has effects.
